2023
The River Refuge is thrilled to host our 10th annual Christmas in the City!
During this event, we minister to the children and families of The Malachi Project and others by singing Happy Birthday to Jesus, providing crafts, serving lunch, sharing the story of the Birth of Christ. We pray and bless each child with toys and the parents with a small item.
