The River Refuge partners with others in the community to provide Homeless Care Kits.

Through the Homeless Care Kits we are tangibly demonstrating Matthew 25 Ministry to people in need by providing items to help them survive the difficult winter months.

​

Each kit includes a blanket, warm gloves, a scarf, socks, toothbrush, soap, and spiritual materials. These kits often serve as the first step of a spiritual journey for a desperate person.

​

In addition to the immediate benefit of providing essential items, the care kits also help to foster a sense of community.  We care about the well-being of our neighbors and are willing to take action to help them.
