Malachi House

We celebrated the Ribbon Cutting of The Malachi House on October 29, 2025.  This was truly special and emotional to us all.  This joyous occasion marks the culmination of a three-year building journey, and it's a moment we've eagerly anticipated.

The Malachi House is a 6,000-square-foot community center located within the McDonough Housing Authority community. For over eleven years, we have been dedicated to serving the local youth and families.  We are now serving them in our multi-purpose facility, which includes classrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, and administrative offices.

 

Our center features a designated computer lab that provides middle and high school students with the essential technology required for their academic success. Beyond youth services, we offer specialized programming for parents that focuses on financial literacy, resume building, and foundational computer skills.

We are prayerfully seeking partners to assist us in the following current needs:

Workshop:                                                $ 25,000.00

(This includes a carpentry design and construction training space, as well as a walk-in freezer.)

Playground Equipment:                          $  4,000.00                

Classroom Furniture:                               $  3,000.00

We are greatly honored to be able to continue and grow our mission to raise up the next generation to break the cycles that have been problematic in their communities, and to equip them to do the same for the future generations that need someone to care for them.
