The River Refuge, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) community development organization,
and was founded by Terrell E. Scott III.
The River Refuge is designed to provide families, children and individuals, who are in need, education both in spiritual matters as well as in life skills. It is the endeavor of this organization to see families stay together, grow to be self-sustaining, and contribute back to society.
Our Mission
Serving children, families, and individuals in our community and beyond who are in need by providing practical education and spiritual guidance to bring them out of the detrimental cycles that for generations have marginalized them from the rest of society.

To impact change in individuals in such a way that they discover their true identity, therefore transforming their lives, their family and community. We will see generational curses and poverty broke off families and communities.
